HOPCoPilot™ Agents for PLAUD.AI devices

The HOPCoPilot Agents for PLAUD AI are designed to support operational learning and insights from field-based conversations.

We build Agents that are free for non-commercial use and are published in the PLAUD.AI template community (see below) and custom Agents for specific organizational needs.

PLAUD.AI Template Community HOPCoPilot Agents for
Non-Commercial Use at No Cost

Below are the list of HOPCoPilot Agents available in the PLAUD.AI Community Template for non-commercial use. See at the bottom of the page the definition of non-commercial use.

Instead of asking “What went wrong?”, HOPCoPilot Learning From Work helps teams ask:
“How does work usually go right here, what makes it harder than it looks, and what can we learn from that?”

HOPCoPilot™ analyzes transcripts and observations without assumptions, blame, or recommendations, separating facts from interpretation and preserving worker voice. The output creates a shared, psychologically safe way to talk about waste, risk, and capacity using real work as the reference point.

HOPCoPilot™ Learning From Work Agent for the 4Ds and the 4Ls

HOPCoPilot Learning From Work Agent turns everyday work into reliable organisational learning. It helps organisations understand Work As Done, how people adapt to get the job done, and how system conditions support or hinder success.

Using the 4Ls (Liked, Lacked, Long For, Learnt) and the 4Ds (Dumb, Dangerous, Difficult, Different), this agent makes visible what workers value, where work doesn’t make sense, where risk and load emerge, and how people adjust when work changes. It captures learning without blame, assumptions, or hindsight, preserving the worker's voice.

The agent analyses transcripts and observations by:
  • Separating facts from interpretation
  • Identifying system constraints and conditions, not individual failings
  • Highlighting patterns of adaptation, risk, and resilience
  • Framing insights as learning opportunities

By structuring insights across Machine, Materials, Method, People, Environment, and Measurement, HOPCoPilot helps organizations see how multiple system elements interact to shape work and where deeper conversations with workers are needed.

HOPCoPilot™ Gemba Walk Agent using the 4Ds™ to identify waste in operations

This HOPCoPilot™ Agent turns Gemba walks into evidence-based learning. It helps organizations understand how work is actually done and how the system supports or hinders effective work. By combining the 4Ds™ (Dumb, Dangerous, Difficult, Different) with the 8 types of waste, HOPCoPilot™ makes visible where effort, risk, delay, and frustration are being created by system conditions rather than individual choices. It helps teams see:
  1. Defects as reliance on vigilance and rework
  2. Overproduction as protection against uncertainty and blame
  3. Waiting as a hidden cognitive load, not idle time
  4. Non-utilised talent as lost learning from those closest to the work
  5. Transportation as risk is introduced through handoffs and movement
  6. Inventory as buffers that hide instability and overload people
  7. Motion as normalized fatigue built into task and workspace design
  8. Extra processing as layers added over time when trust in the system is low

Instead of asking “Why did people do that?”, HOPCoPilot™ helps organisations ask: “What problem is the system asking people to solve and what can we learn from that?”

HOPCoPilot™ analyzes transcripts and observations without assumptions, blame, or recommendations, separating facts from interpretation and preserving worker voice. The output creates a shared, psychologically safe way to talk about waste, risk, and capacity using real work as the reference point.

Custom PLAUD.AI HOPCoPilot Agents

Below are some examples of custom HOPCoPilot Agents developed for PLAUD.AI devices

Critical Control and Critical Step Verification Insights

Providing insights on the actual controls and steps that workers use and take to create safety in high risk work.

Manual Handling Insights of Everyday Work

Providing insights on the manual handling risks that workers are exposed to in everyday work and whether controls help or hinder work.

Learning
From Near Miss and Minor Events Insights

Insights from workers about whether the work "Failed Safe" or "Failed Lucky" on the day of the event.

Leadership Engagement Insights and Value Engagements

Providing insights from leadership engagements on which style and which questions generated the most valuable insights.

Ethical use of HOPCoPilot Agents

Ethical use of AI technology is important. Our agents have been instructed to not identify any individuals in the summary and ouput documents. The agent will also look for any harmful communication that was captured during the discussion and will redact that from the output.

Non-Commercial Use of HOPCoPilot Agents

The PLAUD.AI Community Templates are provided free of changer for non-commercial use only. This means that the Agent or any of our materials cannot be used by an individual to generate profit, financial gain, or other forms of compensation or reward for themselves. If you are a provider, consultant or a contractor using something under a non-commercial use restriction would typically mean:

  • You cannot use it as part of a paid service or consulting work.
  • You cannot use it in a product, course, or report that you sell.
  • You cannot use it to promote or market a business, even if the item itself is free.
  • You cannot receive direct or indirect financial benefits from using it (e.g., through sponsorships, ads, or client work).
If you want to use any of our products for commercial use or want to clarify your specific situation, please email us at info@learningteamsinc.com
